Every team member accesses the system with a personal 4-digit PIN. The system identifies their level automatically — no role selection, no confusion. Each person sees only what matters to them.

The laundry team logs in with their PIN, sees all tasks for the day, checks quantities per home, and prepares the kits. Once ready, they mark each kit as "Ready for pickup."
On arrival, the cleaner enters their PIN to confirm pickup. The system automatically logs the time, name, and items collected. A return is now pending for this cleaner.
After cleaning, the cleaner brings the dirty linen back. They confirm the return with their PIN — optionally adding a photo — closing the task cycle for that property.
The laundry team confirms receipt of the dirty linen. If an item is missing, they log the discrepancy. The full cycle for that home is now fully documented.
Managers see the live status of every home, pending returns, overdue tasks, and team performance — from any device, at any moment of the day.
